What does a folk high school stay cost?
The price depends on whether you choose a spring or autumn term, as different trips are included in the price. You can always find the current price on this page - and we're happy to help if you have any questions.
Which sports do you offer?
You choose a programme that matches your interests. Right now, we offer football, football coaching, handball, handball coaching, volleyball and padel. You can read more about all of the programmes on our page about sports programmes.
What makes ISI one of the best sports folk high schools?
We strive to be one of the best folk high schools by combining elite-level coaches, close collaboration with local elite clubs and outstanding sports facililites. Our location as a central folk high school in Central Jutland makes us a gathering point for young people who want to pursue their passion. The combination of strong professional quality and a supportive low-pressure community is at the heart of ISI Sports Folk High School.
Do I need to be really good at my sport to start?
No. You don't have to be an elite athlete. The most important thing is that you want to train, learn and be part of the community - then we'll tailor the training to your level.
Are there trips and excursions during the stay?
Yes, we offer several different trips and excursions throughout a folk high school year. In autumn, we go on an outdoor trip in Denmark as well as a trip to Club La Santa Sport on Lanzarote. In the spring semester, we travel to El Cambio Academy in Uganda. In addition, we also have several programme trips where you'll go on a trip with the rest of your programme. When should I sign up?
The sooner the better, as our classes can fill up. If you're unsure, you're always welcome to contact us to hear more about available spots, any waiting lists and the next start date.
